About them throwing cars at you every level and making things a bit too easy, if you get to affinity level 5 you get free parts from that manufacturer for every car of that make you own. So with me the only things i have to pay for on Subarus now are wheels and body parts.

Yeah I'm level 5 and up on a bunch of manufacturers. And I have over a million credits.
But I'm restraining myself from going nuts buying cars and shit.

Tried to buy the Season Pass last night and it would not accept my payment(s) when I tried to add more MS points..... This is bad.

FUCK. Still can't add points. Tried my phone, work PC, laptop (using Chrome and IE), xBox, two different payment types, and still no luck. At least now when I try it in IE the website seems to be broken so its not just me. Right?

Got it to work last night.

I thought that the World Tour was supposed to mold itself around your racing and the cars you own? I got to level 30-something, and have been sticking with mostly F-C class races. I finish a C class race in my Miata, and the next race is a stupid Manufacturer event. Drive their fast car, pass a bunch of their slower cars (68 in three laps it turns out).

BUT, I was limited to only TWO races. An S class Dodge, or an A class Chevy.
I have neither in my garage. I try picking different cars in my garage, as this normally changes the races available to me, but no luck. So I go and buy a S class Viper ACR, all the while thinking "watch, I'll get gifted thing damn thing at the next level up".
And sure enough, two races after the Viper race that's exactly what happened. I choose a Ferrari instead though.

I think I remember that race that limited it to only S Dodge and A Chevy. Since it pulls from the event list, if the track configuration you're on at that point only has those races not completed in the event list, those are the only ones you get.

What's really frustrating is when I finish a race in (for example) my D-Class Trans Am and I want to use it in the next race, it may only give me an A, a B, and an S class race, but if I rifle through all of my D-Class cars it might eventually give me a D-Class race as a choice, but only after several minutes of pointless searching through D-Class cars I have no intention of driving. And then I have to pick that race and then change the car back to the Trans Am.

Yeah im hesitant to buy anything but cheap cars for fear I might get that same car through leveling. Don't want to look at any cheat sheets either as that would spoil the surprise.

How does the gameplay and overall game compare to 3?

Oh they finally gave up on the $27 I never owed them. I checked my XBL account and it's gone.

On Forzacentral.com, the admin is a Turn 10 insider, and they've been giving exclusive info on cars to come out, and so far he's not been wrong.

Two days ago, he confirmed the '86 Omni GLHS will appear in a future DLC pack

Since you all are out playing your silly war games now, I'll keep this going by letting you know I finally finished World Tour last night, have 6mil credits, 100ish cars, and am up to level 56.
Now its off to waste money buying all sorts of cars needed to run all the races in the Event List so I can get that Achievement because I am a Forza Whore.

So my XBox Live account is fixed, but my Windows Live account is still blocked, and I can't recover my gamertag until that gets fixed. The online support to recover my Windows Live ID goes as follows:

None of the achievements are that bad besides the affinity level 50 one. I've been using Nissans for every race I can since they probably have the widest variety of vehicles(awd, rwd,turbo, na etc.) and im still only affinity level 18 with them.

Yeah I haven't been trying for Affinity much, but I have Ford and Mazda at around 15 each.
There's a guy on FM.net that has GMC up to 50.
They only achieve I see me NOT getting is the Kinect one. I see no reason to buy one just for this game..... unless I turn around and resell it right away.

I wonder if you could buy a kinect at best buy with a gift receipt and then return it after you get it.
