well. I steal wireless from my neighbours. I have to get ADSL (which means I need a landline phone0 if I want to get my own internet.

I use my computer at work if I need to do any secure transactions.

You don't need a landline for DSL. See dry loop DSL.

I agree. But naked DSL is more than DSL is you already have a phone line.
