What's going to happen with players who make the Pro Bowl but also have to show up for the Super Bowl the next week? I imagine they wouldn't want to play, both in terms of losing focus on the SB and possibly getting hurt.

I don't see how it's going to make anything relevant by moving it there. Putting it as the first game before Pre-season? That would be more interesting. Middle of the season...would be interesting too. One week before the Super Bowl? Who gives a shit.

Yeah...the Colts just imploded on that last drive. Not to take away from the Chargers...they played a damn good game. They played hard and deserved to win. There was that little bullshit there near the end of the first half that gave the Colts the ball when they shouldn't have gotten it and robbed the Chargers of a chance to score, so even with Karma slightly against them, the Chargers dug in and played a hell of a game. But that last drive...the Colts just fucking fell apart when their defense was other wise playing well and keeping the game together.

I didn't think the Colts were going to the Super Bowl this year, but I didn't think they'd shit the bed like that.

How about San Diego's punter? He absolutely killed the Colts in terms of field position. And Sproles played like a man possessed.
