That, and shit that SHOULD be paintable, or able to throw a decal on (I'm looking at YOU, Mazdaspeed3 rear bumper licence plate area!) is not.

They know people like to make license plates. They even have a "license plate" searchable tag in the Storefront. Yet they still had several cars with unpaintable license plate areas.

goddamnit im being reminded how everything in gta is such a pain in the ass, if you die on a missions it's not so simple as retrying from where you were, you gotta go get armor again, refill your ammo. and if you dont have enough money you have to do side missions first, etc. etc.

and how annoying is it that like at least half of the taxis dont stop for you because theyre already carrying passenegers? and how about how you have to go all the way back to your safehouse any time you want to save your game? fucking bullshit.

Save before a mission fully loaded with armor. If you die just reload your save.

The one thing that really annoys me is when the game decides certain cars aren't elligible for an event. I have an M5 and an IS-F. I'd much rather race the M5 in the saloon car races, but apparently only the Lexus is elligible.
I also bought the 458, but for some reason it isn't elligible for the Porches vs. V8 Ferraris events.

Oh, and I think the GTR handles ok. It's also quick since it's one of the few cars with a similar PI to the 596-rated Corvette that can take it in a straight line. It seems slow because the engine is pretty tame sounding and low revving by its competitors' standards.

yes, despite the good stuff they created in this game i feel there are several careless little mistakes or oversights. have you seen the non-working dashboards of many of the r2,r3 etc. class cars for example? and we still cant give older muscle cars any wider tires than like 245s, yet we can still give them ridiculous amounts of power, and as a result theyre pretty much worthless. and the entire drag racing mode is pathetic and was obviously pushed out the door at the last minute. there's other things too. it's still a great game and i have alot of fun with it, but i did expect more attention to detail. if only they spent a few more months developing it..

I'm glad they didn't spend a minute longer working out any of the minor bugs. It's an amazingly realistic game with the most AI going around.

Patches can fix that shit. And I suspect Forza's clever AI has pushed back the release of GT another year or so.

the farthest ive gone in desiging is a general lee clone and a KITT clone. too bad you cant put a working red scanner on the front, that would rule.

Yeah, all those fags putting red and blue splotches on top of cars painted in police liveries is just DUMB.

If Turn10 wanted us to have cops cars they would have given us cherries and berries.

In F2, I put "lights" on the horizontal slat in the Dodge Charger grille when making police cars. They looked pretty good on that. Flat lights on the roof though are lame.

BTW I'm hating season mode again. Doing it to get the achievement, but I hate that I keep getting thrown in high class races, then back into F-class shit. Jesus, just let me get all the F and E class shit out of the way FIRST, THEEEENNNNN I'll mature to the A and B stuff. Christ.

Swerve and I had a couple of one-on-one races. I was in some races with some SA Goons and he came online, got into a race, and his connection dropped immediately, and by the time he came back, everyone else had quit for the night.

I schooled a Ferrari, and Aston, and a Lotus Exige with my NA Miata on the Amalfi Coast B-class rally last night.

Yeah, my connection sucks. And I actually suspect it's the phone line rather than the router that's causing problems.
Good F-class fun, although I think I need to start collecting some interesting cars.

Jay wouldn't shut up about the Colts though. "Better than the 07 Patriots" was repeated about 20 times before I turned off the headset.

They are really good this year, though

the 07 pats were overrated anyway, they should have lost that game against baltimore.

the colts will win the superbowl though, just watch.
