Jalopnik.com shows off three new shots of the Aventador
It's like a Murcielago and a Reventon cross-pollinated...and the ensuing offspring took steroids.
no ass shots unfortunately, but we'll be seeing plenty of that anyway when they hit the road.

The Reventon still looks better IMHO, but this thing looks quite fucking nice.

I dont know why it reminds me a lot of the countach.
Anyway, talking about the countach.... how come the new lambos have such stupid names?
Countach was cool name. So was diablo. Murcielago was cool too. Reventon was very stupid (it sounds stupid, but it means "cool party"). Aventador is even worse. It sounds lame too, and it means "thrower".

at anyrate, i have no problem with the name, but unless I missed something, Lamborghini has broken with the tradition of naming their cars after Spanish fighting bulls. (Excepting "Countach" which is a Piedmontese-Italian expression that young men make when a good looking girl or car goes by)
