It clears up a lot of space when you take the whole ass end of the car off.

yeah thats actually a pretty cool idea, i bet it doesn't take long to get that back part off.
That explains why wrecked exotics usually end up in 2 pieces though

Re: Ferrari F50 Clutch Install
I've seen some Ferraris that equate to $5+ to $10+ per mile of ownership.thewalrus wrote:Bluntman wrote:Random Ferrari service cost:http://www.alfonsofaustino.com/Ferrari_328_GTS_Service.html

That's a 328 too... not exactly an F40, F50, or Enzo

Re: Ferrari F50 Clutch Install
i always try to peek into the service dept of the ferrari dealer here, but they have fucking prison level security around the fucking thing. even in the summer, all the doors are shut. no windows. i saw the door open once to let in a car, and it's still next to impossible to see anything, because all the stuff is around a corner.

Re: Ferrari F50 Clutch Install
you'd be surprised. i've seen an enzo drive by with a tech in the driver's seat, and i've seen more 599s than any other kind of ferrari around here.

I'd imagine because the engine/transmission is the only load bearing element holding the mid/rear of that car together. Kinda like an F1 car.
