Hot by Canadian Standards

It's currently 46.4 degrees and I'm sat here eating slices of cheese. Last week we had three days of 43-45 degrees heat.

I'm inclined to go for a bike ride, just because I know the paths will be empty.

There's meant to be a cool change coming and tomorrow's expected high is 23. But where once I thought Melbourne had great weather, it's becoming obvious that's it's too cold in winter and too hot in summer, with no such thing as autumn or spring.

But even right now I would take 46 over -46, or whatever you're dealing with in Cold Lake.

I got to walk from my trailer to the building without a parka this week. It was fucking awesome.

I think I posted my response in the wrong topic. To summarise:

1. While your link was loading, I assumed the initial light blue background was a live feed from Cold Lake.

2. Anything under +12 is too cold for me and negative numbers are stupid.

Now today is too cold. Sitting here with my window open beside me I almost need to put on some warm clothes. Only about 19 degrees at 2pm.

A group of us were going to go for a cruise through up through St Andrews, Kinglake and through to Marysville yesterday. But 46 was too hot for the guys on bikes so we postponed til next week.
