Let's say you're Japanese and you want to learn English.

But you don't want to learn no pussy phrases like "I will have a hamburger," or any basic shit you learn in most language classes. No, you want to learn words you'll really use with lots of swearing. In short, you want to cuss everyone out that you meet by using the best lines heard in "Full Metal Jacket." Then you think, well it's too bad that there's a very limited market for something like that.

Then you remember you live in Japan. And that not only would you be able to find something like that, but you could get a kit including a cute illustrated book of chibi manga with a storyline to help you learn the language, plus an audio recording read by a Japanese woman butchering the pronunciation.
