I can't help but think of that when I see SCOTUS.

But that does suck about Ginsburg. Pancreatic cancer is awful.

We knew there might be a couple new justices during Obama's term, though not quite so soon.

The only problem I see with a Ginsberg replacement is that he's only replacing a liberal judge, so the status quo stays the same. Hope whoever it is is young though (I wonder if Hillary isn't kicking herself for accepting State right now).

What we really need is Scalia or Thomas to kick the bucket.
