I'd seen a video of that on the news earlier from a different angle. He looked like he didn't even know what plane of existence he was on until he fired the gun and then realized what he'd just done. Pigs.

It isn't all that surprising anymore. There are way too many bad cops out there giving any good ones a bad name.
