I'm playing WoW. rabbit

We'll see how long this phase lasts. (At least until I get my XBOX 360 Elite on Friday... hopefully.)

I have a buddy who's into WoW. Apparently it's pretty addictive, but fun.

Meh. I don't find it all that addicting but I can see how it would be. Right now, I'm just running around my little home island, doing n00b quests and getting used to it.

I hate AWSD games but oh well.

It's a good way until I get my 360. And then... DYNASTY WARRIORS 6 ALL DAY EVERY DAY.

If you haven't ever played The 7th Guest, you need to. Fantastic PC game, although seriously outdated by now.

people i've asked re: wow say that it's the social aspect of the game that's the addicting part, whereas the game itself is a ps2-level action rpg.

Which may be why I'm not feeling that addiction. I basically ignore the chat. When I first logged in, it was all, "OMG HIT CTRL+F4 TO GET UNLIMITED GOLD."

These young kids. Don't they know we were pulling that shit in AOL chatrooms? n00bs.

Haha, I'm totally going to the next time I play.

Which hasn't been lately because of the eight million patches I've had to download, one of which is almost 3GBs and is taking foreverrrrrrr to download and everyone is getting pissed off because it's slowing our network down even though I have the ports open.

the amount of money blizzard makes off of that game is obscene. 10 million accounts x 15 bucks a month for each one. :gah

I'm still on my free 30-day trial but I have it set so that it drafts every three months from PayPal. I have my advertising money sent there from my site anyway so it'll cover the cost and then some.

I'm at level 12 right now. :undies:

Woe of Wally. It primarily consists of leveling up your woe by a series of unfortunate events that ultimately end with your character crying in the corner.

Make a blog. Get some traffic. Sign up with textlinkads.com. They take half their asking price but they price your ads pretty high. Mine are selling for $40 for a month, I think, and I get $20 of that. I've had seven links at one time on my site; right now though, I'm down to three because I haven't put as much time into my site.

I used to be obsessed with my stats but anymore, I can't be bothered.
