Oddly enough about the canada comment, I've heard a lot of people say they would move to canada if obama was elected. Mainly because they don't like his "socialist" agenda.............................................

I hope they have fun moving to Canada to get away from socialist Obama. Brilliant people those. Also, we don't want people who voted for McCain.

Good point. And, also something that'll be a bit odd. Assuming (fingers crossed) that Obama wins on Tuesday, this will be the first time, since I've started following politics seriously, that there will be a more conservative government in Canada than in the US - doubly so if Obama gets his filibuster proof 60 seats in the Senate, and a solid majority in the house.

Our fate as living beings is sealed, we are all going to die BUT! a nation and the greater society lives on so its fate is never sealed but only changes pro or con. I believe we are on the edge of a new renewal, it means the old ways we have been living (infact deluding ourselves on) will soon run its course and still has a way to go with more hurt and resistance by many but renewal will change the way the world lives, does business, sees politics, culture, religion and even the way consumers see their lives. It will not be any paradise but it will be a change and to the better as time passes by.

Suffering will still exist but maybe it won't as bad for most or all. Joy, satisfaction and happiness will still exist but maybe not as good for most or all. The world is changing and in epic ways that many of us may still not see nor understand. We can choose fight it and many will but it will only be worse then. Or we can see our dilemma and begin to make things better and to see things differently. Humanity has done so in the past and often these are then seen as demarcations in the historical annals of global human history.
