2010 Camaro People
You can now build your own on Chevy's website.
Direct link to it here.
Right now, there doesn't seem to be many options. They are still adding them considering I did this the other night and they didn't even have the RS package on there and only one wheel option.
This is what I came up with - 2LT in Cyber Grey Metallic w/grey leather interior. It has the RS package and sunroof as the only options, only gives the Boston Acoustics stereo in SS trim for whatever reason. Came out to $29,680 MSRP.

Yeah, I'd been tinkering with that. The 1LT would be just fine for me if they offered leather in that package. The 2LT has a bunch of stuff packaged in that I don't need.
However, the base V6 Genesis coupe comes with leather standard and everything the 1LT offers, for just 500 bucks more.

I wouldn't mind a 1LT. Only thing is that I dig the center stack gauges (even more now that they got rid of that stupid "Torque" gauge), but for some reason it's only available in the 2LT and SS models.
The Genesis isn't as attractive to me as the Camaro is.

I'm going to be stretching things enough to get the 1LT...a 2LT is probably going to be another 6 months of saving to be able to get it. And I'm already going to be waiting a while before I get one...not until the end of the year at the earliest. While I prefer the Camaro's exterior styling, I like the Genesis quite a bit too, and I think it's got a better interior.
My final decision is going to come on the test drive...on paper, they're so close, with the Genesis having a tiny edge because of its options and price. I don't know which one I'm going to get.

I believe this is the build your own section. I can't even look, it is a dial up killer.

If I got one of those it would have to be an SS. If only I had an extra 30 grand laying around

Re: 2010 Camaro People
I could make do with a 1LT. I'm pretty sure you can special order one with leather at the dealer. Some of them will do anything to sell a car. I'd love an SS, but $30K ain't very attainable for me right now.
Hell, $22K isn't either, but oh well. I think I'm just going to wait untill one comes up used, or maybe buy one after the inevitable hp bump--maybe even a turbo Ecotec model when/if they build that.
(yes, I realise that's only 260hp to the V6's 310, but Ecos are so very moddable.)
