I'm not exactly in tip-top shape, but I'm still a normal weight for my size...i'm just ridiculously out of shape.

That's what I don't get either. Heavy is fine. Being a little over weight, out of shape, etc. Whatever. That happens as people get older, start working, etc. But the really grotesquely overweight? The ones with the full package, a gunt, arm flaps, cankles, etc. etc. What the hell is up with that? There has got to be some element of mental illness to it. Some obsessive psychological trait.

its difficult not to mention expensive to eat that much. i eat around 5k calories a day and it can often feel uncomfortable to force food down when you only ate a couple of hours ago. god knows how they can eat more than that of greasy kfc shit.

Are you kidding me? Eating a high amount of calories with junk food is really easy. Those cheesecake factory cheesecake slices can have 2500 calories. Yes, 2500, more than a day's worth of calories for most people (2000). A Burger king meal with a whopper double, fries and soda has around 1800 calories.

Look at this: http://www.yum.com/nutrition/results.asp?BrandID=2&BrandAbbr=KFC a KFC meal with extra crispy chicken, a corn bread, mashed potatoes and a little lemon pie slice is 880 calories. Add a small soda for 300 calories extra, 1080 calories!!!

If a person eats in Burger king for breakfast, at kfc for dinner, had a dessert at cheesecake factory, he/she would have consumed 5380 calories that day. And I didn't include lunch or supper in the hypothetical menu. It's much easier eating 5380 calories of sheer junk, like these people do, than 5000 worth of tuna cans like you do because you want to look like Ivan Drago. It's also much cheaper...

That's not a bad idea. I don't have anything in the house I feel like eating and I don't feel like going anywhere either.
