Les, need some help identifying some stereo gear
Long story short - previous tenant of my apt. flaked out of hydro bills and tried to fuck around with rent and left on fairly unceremonious terms. He basically left all his shit in the boiler room (access only from my apt.) and my landlord is coming through tomorrow to remove/throw away all his shit. The landlord said go wild on whatever I want and there's a good amount of stereo gear including a few turntables and some larger speakers that I'm looking to either sell or keep; anything to keep it out of the trash basically.
What I've identified so far:
2x Numark TT1250 direct drive turntables
2x Accusonic (by Audio Research) monitors, approx 2.5' tall, about 9" wide. I highly doubt these are worth the wood they're made out of if my initial research is correct.
2x Cerwin-Vega very large speakers. I haven't been able to completely dig them out so I can only tell you they're ab out 2'x3'x5' tall. Once I dig them out I'll have more info.
No clue on what receiver he used, may find that as I go along. Any idea if this stuff is worth anything?

the E315s look to be in awesome shape too, just sort of dirty from sitting in a boiler room for 5 months

The Numarks can't find that model number but are probably entry level DJ tables but likely will work fine for music probably won't get much for them TT1650 sell for about $180 new in US dollars .
The Cerwin Vegas look to be the best part of the deal. Looked up on line and saw a guy in Montreal asking $800 obo for a pair. Not sure if that is good or not but some kid head banger may give you some good cash for them.
The Accusonics ??? sorry can't help.

Yeah I think the accusonics are low quality chinese garbage. I can trace them to a company in Markham ON but that's about it.

Some kid scratcher will buy the Numarks from ya as long as they are not too beat up. The C/V's will be a lustful speaker by your head banging under 25 age crowd. THEY PLAY REEEEEEAL LOUD! Not too accurate in sound but LOOOOUUUUD!
Back in the 80's I had a pair of C/V D-5s and even with a 55wpc amp they easily played over 110 db in a typical family room.

The Numarks are in pretty much new condition. The needles have been removed and kept in jewelry type boxes and everything.

Throw em on eBay then. There is a TT1650 on auction with 2 days to go at $64 US. It's sure to go higher. Anything you get for them is 100% profit eh?
I'd put them up and start the bidding at $50 USD if it were me. Or do a Buy now for oohh say $80.00 USD.

I may try to sell local so as to not deal with shipping. At least give it a shot.
