carputers are a great concept, but the realisation practictly always sucks.

the best one i've encountered, had a boottime of *only* 45 seconds. that's a 4 mile drive before the desktop is showing. then you still have to navigate to your music folder.

i don't have that kind of time.

Um, what? 4 mile drive in 45 seconds? Maybe if you're going 320 miles an hour.


Swerve definitely will be crying now though. My team knocked his out of the football finals on the weekend. :dunnas:

it basicly was a figure of speech. but yeah, by the time you've got music playing and all, you've covered some distance.
