Yay Kentucky!
An 18-year old high school student was arrested because a story he wrote about zombies overrunning a high school was seen as terroristic. Motherfucking ZOMBIES.
The judge even raised his bond due to the nature of the charges.
God this shithole sucks.

Re: Yay Kentucky!
A few things to make absolutely clear to the regressives.
1: Obama on taxing anyone who makes over $250,000.00 per year. He will repeal the Bush tax cut from a tax rate of 36% on earnings above $250,000 to where it was when President Clinton left office of 39% on earnings above $250,000. What does this mean to you is that for each dollar in personal income you may make above $250,000 you will pay 39% tax and not 36%. So if I may, say for making a point you are fortunate enough to make $50,000 above the $250,000 ($300,000) at the current 36% rate you will pay $18,000 on that $50,000. Under Obama's plan it goes back to 39% or you paying $19,500. on that amount. Hardly an earth shattering amount. After all the USA is in two wars resulting in a severe wearing out of military gear and personnel, going through the most severe economic down turn in 70 years, has crumbling infrastructure and is in debt $53 trillion. If you are a patriots paying such a small amount more is a worthy thing to do.
2: Joe the Plumber... First he does not have enough income to buy the company. He makes about $45,000 per year and will (he admits it himself) benefit more by Obama's plan than by McCain.
3: If you are a small business who declares $250,000 in taxable income you are almost totally likely to INCORPORATE and thus pay corporate taxes not personal taxes on said amount, so Obama's plan does not penalize you AT ALL unless you remain a sole proprietor in which it may hit you as noted in my first point a minor amount.
4: Tax credits... Tax credits are not free money, they are credits against a your declared income, thus allowing you to lower your income tax paid to the govt. So those who pay no income tax will get no free money THEY PAID NO TAX! But if you pay income tax it will reduce what you pay and save you said amount in money. McCain is smoking something with his rants.
5: ACORN... ACORN is not committing voter fraud. The law, GET IT, THE LAW!!! makes it clear that any and all voter registrations forms MUST be submitted for state registrars approval. ACORN goes through the forms its personnel supply and flag repeat FLAG!!! any that look suspicious and others that look to be incomplete. They separate these from forms they think are in proper order. They have no right to dispose of any fraudulent forms. They merely register voters, GOT IT REGRESSIVES!?! No vote fraud has been committed by such. Nobody is going to come in on the 4th. and say I'm Mickey Mouse, I live at 123 Any Street, I want to vote now. Do you diot regressives get it now? yeah especially you LOU DOBBS and the assorted rightwing nutters. Vote fraud as per electronic machine is an issue and one that supports the Republicans as the machine makers are all on the Republican side of things.
6 Oh Yeah SPREAD THE WEALTH!!! Um idiot McCain and your knuckle dragging supporters why is it ok for the Joe the Plumbers and all US tax payers today and in future with incurred debt of the nation spread the wealth UP TO the greed hands and bankers who screwed around with the money markets and lending system to the amount into the TRILLIONS NOW? Why is this ok for spreading their wealth? Bloody ignorant idiots.

Re: Yay Kentucky!
I love how McCain says that wealth redistribution is a form of 'socialism'. Maybe it is. But if it is, the US is already a socialist nation, so what's the big deal. Clearly wealth is already redistributed between people, Obama just wants to shift how that wealth is redistributed.

Re: Yay Kentucky!
Money needs to be moved around and it cannot be done merely on simple capitalistic measures. Govt. always had responsibility to judiciously from taxation move wealth back from its funneling to the top in a pure capitalist system back to the population.
As I said the regressives are all for with giving money from Joe the Plumber up to the greed hands who have fucked the system up. But the other way is OOH NO SOCIALISM!. I get sick of every day Joe and Mary's working against their own interests to give more of what little money they have to the rich.
It would be funny if it weren't sad hearing and reading avg. Joe's who will NEVER BE RICH! GOT IT FOLKS 95% OF US WILL NEVER BE RICH! argue so hard for the rich and the rich almost never have to say or do anything because of such stupidity!

The sad thing is that rather than learning from these stories and books people demonize them. It is these people that will be the first additions to the zombie horde and I will have no problem cutting their heads off with a shovel.
