State Of Decay Empty State Of Decay

Has anyone played this? I played the Demo and it was fun as hell. I really haven't played any zombie games for a long time, but this one was pretty good. I really like the fact that you can drive cars in this.

I've been playing The Last of Us. Pretty good zombie game so far. Wicked graphic though.
But I'll have to check this one out.

Ooh, I want a Zombie game where I can driver around driving over zombies.... how big is the map? I'm envisioning a cross-country trip like in Zombieland, and the Stephen King book Cell.

The demo was a huge map, I don't know how big the actual game is.

I've been really interested in it. I want to pick it up, but I've been too lazy to grab a points card from the store.

Looked at some gameplay videos online (videogamertv is becoming my favorite youtube channel, so many funny british chaps!) and yes, the map is huge. Looks like three separate towns, lots of stuff to do.
I may pick it up, but have no time to play/no room on my HD. Plus with GTA V coming out after i move, I'll be preoccupied with that once we're all unpacked.

I played a bit but only got to the ranger station. I want to play the latest episode of the walking dead before I get into a whole new game. Did anyone play that?

Sorry. I watched the gameplay of State of Decay DIRECTLY after watching some for Last Of Us. My WORD that game looks sexy, graphics-wise.

Still, if I get a spare moment to uninstall FM4 soon (or 1.8GB worth of FM4 crap), Ill be downloading State Of Decay.

Ugh, I'm terrible at games like this. I just want to find weapons and go blast zombies in the face, and run them over with cars, but noooooo, I have to make FRIENDS because when I get TIRED I have to REST and switch to another character but can only do that if they LIKE me and to get them to LIKE me I have to go on bullshit errands and save MORE people who use MORE of the supplies that I scavenge GGRRRRRRR.

I've already killed two of the main characters, and one guy died of injuries because instead of finding a doctor, I was busy finding materials to build a storage tent for all my ammo and snacks.

It really don't matter...... you can just blitz through and get to the end, or stay and grow communities and shit. Looks like this is my blitz run, I'm at the end of the game already. Next time I play through I'm gonna play the 'grow the community' part.
And I don't replay games often.....

Yes. Its worth the $20. There's SO many ways to play, it'll never get old. Until GTA V comes out..... Then I can shoot LIVE people in the head!
