In case you hadn't heard, Webber has had enough of your shit.

Cliff's Notes:
He's leaving Red Bull and Formula One to race for Porsche in their LeMans LMP1 cars, because Sebastian Vettel.
Probably because the Porsches won't flip out on him like the Mercedes CLRs did.

Re: In case you hadn't heard, Webber has had enough of your shit.
Yea, he made a nice little jab at Seb today while he [Webber] was on the podium after the race, saying he [Webber] really wants to win next week knowing it's Seb's home race. I was very happy to see Vettel's trans take a shit with like 10 laps left, and the crowed was cheering when it happened, haha.
Now the question is, who is going to replace him? Raikkonen, Ricciardo, Sutil? I really hope it's not Kimi. He's my favorite driver and I really dislike Red Bull so I would be very torn... unless he just destroys Vettel. I think Raikkonen is a more talented driver anyway. I also think Alonso, Hamilton, and a slew of others are more talented too. Massa's days may be numbered as well, so if Kimi went to Ferrari I could live with that... or just stay with Lotus would be my preferred.
The race today was insane! FOUR left rears went down. I wasn't exactly sad that one of the tires to blow was that of Sergio Perez. Karma is a bitch, asshole.
Was really hoping Kimi would be able to hang onto P2 there towards the end but on older tires he was a sitting duck. Gained some ground on Vettel but lost ground on Alonso and Hamilton is that much closer. That, and Grosjean was retired like on the last lap means Lotus is falling in constructors.

Man, I like Massa, too.
I don't know if Kimi will go to RBR, but his is the name I've been hearing most to replace Webber, so it's a distinct possibility. Hope not though.

Good luck to him. Seems a good guy and it would be great to see him restore Porsche to the top of the tree - Le Mans is quickly catching F1 in my estimations too now there's some actual competition appearing in LMP1.
I dont know who i think will replace him. Kimi perhaps, which would be amusing. Vettel is a damn good driver but Kimi is perhaps the fastest of the lot right now.

Huh interesting. Like everyone else here, I've always liked Webber. Seems like he's consistently getting the shit end of the stick.
Frankly I think driving for Porsche in Le Mans would be way cooler than F1. Probably doesn't pay as much, but hell, I'm sure Webber won't exactly be forced to penny pinch.

I love F1, but there's so much politics/drama involved it kills a lot of the experience, IMO.

Re: In case you hadn't heard, Webber has had enough of your shit.
Since RB is totally in love with douchebag Vettel, I'm not surprised Webber is finally moving on. Porsche looks to be building a major push in Prototype, sports car racing including the Holy Grail of LeMans where Audi has ruled to roost of LMP-1 for over a decade.
As to F1 it's much like all too many pro sports, consumed with money to the point of blind greed and by tossing a multitude of gimmicks trying to keep fans on board. I have many problems with the gimmicks used not just in F1 but pick most any pro sport. But the love I have for F1 in this case is tarnished by over the top and arrogant elitism and mostly the lust for money over the love of the sport.

well, yeah, but compared to Alonso, who is cuntzilla...
Anyway, I agree that Webber always got the short end of the stick. He's a great driver and could have been amazing, but he was always a #2 everywhere I think, so he could never be the best he could be. He really deserved to be a #1.

In all the interviews I've seen, I've not seen Alonso be a rude or difficult to talk with.

Re: In case you hadn't heard, Webber has had enough of your shit.
Regarding Webber, if he wanted to stay in F1 there's no better seat to be in a Red Bull. Sure he could have left and possibly been signed to a different - lesser - team, but it would have probably been a step backwards. I guess staying in a RB over, say, a Force India, he was thinking being second fiddle to Vettel was better than being in a lesser car. BUT, Malaysia was it. Vettel just flat out kicked him in the balls and to move teams is to move sports.
He'll do well in LMP1.

Ah shit, should have read that BBC article first. Vettel is a prick. I wonder how many times Webber listened to those sorts of orders in the reverse situation.
