Fantasy team is off to a good start so far. I had Drew Brees, and my opponent this week had Aaron Rodgers. So even though the Saints lost to the Packers, Brees had a better fantasy night.

I'm just posting here because I bought Madden 12. I don't like it and shouldn't have been persuaded by the several NFL fans on the forum i'm on. I would return it in the 7 day period but there is this whole new online pass thing that comes with it that fucks that.

I'll just keep the game and use it as a normal trade in for Fifa 12. Another sport I dont care for, but a game I love.

Sooooo...that was some weird football today. Awesome though...so glad the NFL is back. Even if the Colts got the shit kicked out of them today.

I took Adam Vinatieri as the kicker for my fantasy team, because I thought for sure the Colts would be kicking more field goals this year without Manning. His only attempt went wide right.

The Browns played a pretty damn good game. I'm not too upset that the Colts lost to them. If the Browns were playing lousy and still won, I'd be panicking, but the Colts held their own considering how well the Browns were doing and that Kerry Collins is still setting into the offense.

The Colts are still gelling together, but I think it'll come together sooner rather than later.

Indy's run D played the best I've seen them play in years. The pass D continues to gobble balls like Pac-Man.

Shitty as Painter was, and even though he fumbled the ball in his first series in, the offense found its only real rhythm in 3 games with him under center. I hope Collins stays out next week so we can see if Painter can do anything for reals reals.

So I managed to claw my way into the playoffs in my fantasy league. I won my first 3 games, then lost 5 straight, then won 5 of the last 6, including my final regular season game which was a must-win, as I would have been bounced out of the playoffs due to tiebreakers otherwise.

I had a 2.9 point lead going into Monday night, with the 49ers D versus Big Ben and Antonio Brown. I'd completely written it off.

I fucking won by 10 points and I'm now in the championship game. Holy fuck.
