Spinning a bit of British tunes on vinyl tonight.
Pulled out a couple of British vinyl LP's tonight. Haven't played them in a little while.
First was Soft Cell, Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret. Most notable song from it, Tainted Love. It's really a great album. All the songs on it are great and the last song Say Hello, Wave Goodbye is arguably the best one. But I recommend anyone pulling it out especially if you can get a vinyl copy and playing it. It's got its as the title says erotic side. Marc Almond is a very good vocalist on it. They definitely hit the 80's synth. pop well.
Next was Pet Shop Boys, Please. Another 80's tech/synth pop album, of course Wet End Girls is the most notable song on it but again another very good album from beginning to end. Definitely worth a good sit down and relax to listen album.
