2010 Mazda3 in C&D
They touched on the same things I noted when I drove one last week. Mainly that the little door for the nav's SD card is cheesy and should not be on the dash next to the nav screen. But the nav controls on the wheel.... I'd buy the car just for that.
I didn't think the back seat was that confining though, and when viewed in person the front end doesn't look to bad, especially when parked next to, say, a new RX-8. Or an old Mazda 3. Of the same color. Talk about night and day.
I didn't get to drive a 6-speed version, but the 2.5 felt nice a torquey around town, but was pretty gutless on the highway. But we had four big dudes in the car so.....
I didn't find the interior noise that bad, it's certainly better than the old car.
But my, does it handle nice. Took it around a traffic circle and up a long windy on ramp, it was great.
I had typed up a longer review last week but gay ass AF logged me out and I gave up trying to retype it all.
So here's the jist of it.
BTW, why was my '95 POS Neon faster in the 1/4 than C&D could get out of the 3? Besides obvious reasons like weight.
