So, realistically, from a balance the budget perspective they're both fairly lousy plans. But, even while being labeled as a big government, big spending Democrat, Obama's is still the 'less' poor choice.

i'm not worried about the balanced budget, because if you look at the deficit ratio against the GDP, it's not that far out of line.

i still think obama's plan is better.

Well I think it makes sense, from an economic perspective, to get more money into the hands of people who'll spend it - the middle class, lower income earners, etc.
