use a lot of penetrating oil and then get a torch to heat it up. But at that you will likely break some bolts and have to drill out the stuff. Re-tap new holes if possible.

My guess would be where the big glob of bright looking material is. But yes down by the collector. And i have never seen a Cast Exhaust Manifold rust through.

Anyway ordered a new one, have to wait about 4 weeks to get it though, crazy Suzuki Performance parts are like that :lol:

Well supposedly my Header shipped, so today i removed it.

I was successful, No broken bolts, no broken studs.

O2 sensor would not come out, thankfully it uses the universal one that is fairly cheap.
