Steve is discussing new features in the iPhone 2.0 software. First, contact search with live searching. Second, full iWork document support. Third, complete support for Office documents (Word, Excel, and now PowerPoint). Fourth, bulk delete & move for messages. Fifth, the ability to save images you get. Sixth, a new calculator with scientific mode when you rotate the iPhone. Seventh, parental controls. Eight, tremendous language support.

People are selling their jailbroken iPhones to buy a new one... Hmm. I wonder if I could too. I just checked on eBay and used iPhones with jailbreak are selling for almost $400. Insane! I'd have to unlock it too but that's not hard either.

yeah, i saw part of the WWDC on tv.

I might upgrade. I want to see it in person first. I have a few features on my jailbroken iPhone that I'd like to keep. I'm also interested in seeing what the pricing on apps is going to be like.
I might switch over to T-Mobile next summer when my contract expires. Or maybe get one of those dual-flip phones like the PanTech Duo.

tmobile always gets the coolest phones, but the service scares me. it wasn't too bad in boston, but it wasn't so good out in the suburbs.

TMobile's service here is a lot better than AT&T. AT&T actually has better phones from what I've seen on their websites. Well, at least based on what I prefer. If I went to TMobile, I'd probably get a Sidekick or something similar.

I just found my Samsung e105 from years and years ago. Its bragging points were a color screen and AOL instant messenger.

I don't think my phone has Instant messenger. It does have multiple ring-tones so I can customize the phone to suite my personality!!
