Buying a new car
Made up my mind. Buying an '08 S2000. As bad as the economy is, I think I can get it for ~30000.
GregTX- Did I mention how rueful and woeful I am?

no Miata?
I'd rather have something classic unless you live in a climate that you can drive it year round. But yeah
they are fun

Olds. There is no such thing as an investment anymore............ you will probably further ahead by purchasing a car and letting it depreciate then putting money in that crap shoot we call a "Stock market"

The S2000 has been around - essentially unchanged - for an incredibly long time. What's going on with its replacement?

Thee civic Si is really cool and all. But there is no way you will get me spending over 30K on a car if it doesn't have AWD.

Re: Buying a new car
I agree with that. I didn't spend anywhere near $30,000.00 for my car, so I'm fine. Civic Si isn't worth the money in my opinion.millertime wrote:Thee civic Si is really cool and all. But there is no way you will get me spending over 30K on a car if it doesn't have AWD.
