The next installment of DLC for GTA IV.
Confirmed:
New helicopter (woo)
Skydiving mission (San Andreas parachuting anyone?)
New gunz. (yay guns!)
I know we didn't get all hot and bothered over The Lost and Damned, but the hubbub over on GTAForums is that this DLC is going to be much more expansive, and a much better story.

Will it let me use the new stuff with Niko's game? If not, I'm not going to be bothered.
