I have a kidney stone.

Started after lunch yesterday with MAZZIVE PAINZ then they came and went all night until I almost passed out at home around 11PM. Then it all went away. I went to work today, never felt any pain, until 4PM. MEGA HURTZ. Gave in and let the wife take me in.

FOUR HOURS LATER, after being STUCK IN THE PEEPEE with a catheter (they wanted to empty my bladder to check for bacterial infections), I'm home, and my penis hurts. But I have lots of good drugs to pick up tomorrow. AFTER WORK. :jay:

But, I got to watch Christine on the TV in my room. Love Dennis' blue Charger. wub

Yikes! I had a friend who had to pass a kidney stone, and it was one of the most excruciating things ever.

I hope I never have to go through that.

That's not good. I found throwing up relieved the pain for about 20 minutes, before it's time for a repeat voluntary vomit.

Apart from the drugs, what are they doing next?

And more beer.

Gave me pain meds, flomax, and said "have fun peeing that rock out, yo!"

Finally stopped burning when I pee. So there's that. No pain today, besides that, so maybe I passed it already?

I had crazy pains in April, thought it had passed, then had basically the identical instant in August. Same stone.
It has apparently now passed but I didn't notice (don't know how a 4mm stone can go through covertly) and I wouldn't believe it if not for the CT scan (X-rays are useless so I don't know why they gave me two along the way.

Still no pain, but have a bottle of unused Oxycodone. JUST IN CASE.
