Left4Dead

This game is awesome. The versus is amazing and im in love with it so much.

You playing on xbox or pc? I play on pc almost every night

I played it four player a few weeks ago and it was quite fun. Only problem was the other three guys knew what they were doing whereas I was pressing wrong buttons, generally trailing 50m behind everyone else and constantly shooting them instead of zombies whenever anything surprising happened (which was often).

I have three main problems with this game. One: you can't aim down the sight of any gun. Two: some of the zombies are so fast they seem to be skipping frames. Three: the graphics seem dated.

Playing it on the 360. I understand why you don't aim down the barrel of hte gun...you don't have time most of the time. Its made by valve so thats why the graphics seem like they do but it doesn't bother me at all. Its mostly the gameplay which is just leagues different from any other games ive played.

Does the 360 have such a huge ragequitting problem? My friends and I are too good at versus...people quit so quickly it's impossible to finish a game.

yeah, its hard to go from playing cod5 to this. if i didnt know any better id say it was from 2003. dead rising is a better zombie game.

No way. Dead rising had me bored in 10 minutes. The zombies aren't even fun to kill in that game and I'd rather not be running around taking pictures when there is a fucking zombie apocalypse.

I do like the gameplay as well. I like aiming down the barrel regardless because even when there are a million zombies I'd sometimes rather precisely aim at their heads over pray and spray.

its far from my ideal zombie game, but i still enjoy it more than left 4 dead. even though the zombies are pretty easy to kill, its kinda fun to kill them in creative ways. hopefully the second one theyre working on will be better.

on an unrelated topic, i saw an article saying the xbox 720 is slated for a 2011-2012 release. start saving your money now, guys.

It just seemed so boring. If I'm killing zombies they should be scaring me. Resident Evil had no problem doing that in 1996.

Haha, it isn't like you actually have to buy every new video game system right when it comes out you know.

yeah, id rather wait a while next time anyway. not only will the price get lower the longer i wait but theyll work out any bugs or add any upgrades or anything on too. if i waited a little longer to get a 360 i could have gotten one with HDMI output. no big deal, component cables look almost as good to me anyway.

Yeah, I'm glad I waited a bit. I have no problem waiting because there are always lots of good games on the older system.
