St Kilda's the real deal.

Of course they are. :dunnas:

Actually, i'd been a little worried with how they'd been playing the last couple of months, but it looks they've just been doing what's needed and not much more.

It's probably a good thing to be pushed occassionally. The Saints-Brisbane game was really good and the outcome would have been interesting with their two best defenders playing. But I guess like most people, I was hoping for a round 14 undefeated showdown. Plus it helps if the Cats and Saints can keep everyone else down the ladder.

Collingwood usually play the Saints twice, but I can't remember if it's the same this year. It would be good to have another shot, because the first time was in the run of games where the Pies were ending the first quarter on scores like 1-4 or 1-5. Since then they've turned the accuracy problems around and gotten off to flyers.

Last night was a good example. And if it wasn't for the shitty umpiring in the last quarter, it would easily have been a four goal win...but I'll take a point anyday.

And the Cats must now be very worried about probably making another GF with an epic home and away season record, only to go down to a more composed side on the day.

Speaking of which, I'm very worried that the Hawks will choose next weekend to regain their form and beat us by 10 goals for the third consecutive game. There are way too many loud mouth Hawthorn supporters at my work and it's great that they've been quiet for the last month.

Just an update - my team (coincidentally the most exciting, star filled and courageous team in the comp) crushed their opposition by 90 points to secure a top four spot for the finals. I know Aussie Rules is almost impossible to see where most AFers live, but just remember the name Collingwood.

Dunnas supports St Kilda, who lost by two points when the captain missed a shot after the siren that would have won them the game. Pretty disapponting really.

They replayed the 1966 GF earlier in the year on Footy Flashbacks and we were robbed by dodgy frees against in the last quarter. But I guess it would be greedy not to let you have one trophy in 120 years of effort ^_^

Poor Dunnas :classicsad:

I lost $100 bucks on Saints by 1-39 and Dunnas is likely to have commit suicide.

But the people I really feel sorry for are the ones who picked the Saints on the line at 8.5. Rich before the final siren, broke afterward :classicsad:

I'm still alive, although i'm a little sore all over from falling over a couple of times. :jay:

The people that took Geelong on the line would have been happy with the last kick. That's what I was going to do myself but didn't get around to it.

You know, I never actually considered the lucky fucks who picked Geelong on the line :gah
